The 100-second Film Festival is a gathering for international filmmakers to use their brevity and endless artistic creativity to make a film with promising images of "Ethnical Cinema" in various dimensions, formats and perspectives, to Polish the lives of the audience by creating up to 100 second short pieces of art. The 13th edition of this festival will be held from Feb 28 to March 3,2023 in the city of Tehran – IRAN; after a 4-year break due to the Corona crisis.

The wait is over and now, after 6 months of effort and enthusiasm among the young filmmakers of Iran and the world, among the crowd of more than 4600 works that applied to participate in the 13th edition of the 100 Film Festival, the works made it to the various competitive and non-competitive sections of this specific period. An unprecedented record was recorded in different periods of this festival. More than half of the works were for Farat Tehran and in the international section from 127 countries. This collective enthusiasm promises a clear companionship between the artistic and concise filmmakers of Iranian and world cinema.
