Playwright and director, Hadi Moghadam, and secretary of educational committee and chairman of international affairs in 100 Second Films Festival, Behnam Bahadori will teach young artists on how to produce short films and to develop an idea to make a 100 second film.

The workshops of this kind are run in cooperation with provincial offices of Hozeh Honari in order to find new talents and help them improve their abilities.

The secretariat of the festival registers the applicants through public announcements or by informing the winners of short film festivals so as to secure full cooperation of artists.

It's worth mentioning that 100 Second Films Festival is a modern art event and plays an important role in finding new talents and distributing relevant works. A category in this festival is name "Ethical Cinema" in which those artists who have occupied a prominent role in fostering ethical and humane subjects in Cinema are honored and appreciated.
