Secretary of educational committee and chairman of international affairs in 100 Second Films Festival, Behnam Bahadori, said the secretariat of the festival has sent invitations to the countries that host important relevant art events.
"We have held talks with managers of festivals that have 60 second film sections and we are going to show a selection of our short films in those festivals", he added.
Bahadori said 60 second film festivals in Pakistan and Denmark have offered cooperation so far and we are holding talks with Belarussian festival and Clermont in France, both of which are among highly-credited short film festivals.
Chairman of international affairs in 100 Second Films Festival also said: we have received 100 second films from 40 countries, including France, Italy, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Turkey, Republic of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Tanzania and India.
Secretary of educational committee of the festival added: We have started to hold a series of movie making workshops under the title of "from idea to production" in different cities, with the help of Hadi Moghadam Doost. In these workshops the process of producing an idea and developing it to production is analyzed. The workshops are 8-hour courses and we hope to cover all provinces.
He emphasized that educational process is not limited to eight-hour courses and students would ask questions and student would seek consultations online and via social media.
Bahadori noted that the workshops have been hosted in Qum, West and East Azerbaijan, Fars, Golestan and Bushehr provinces so far. The courses are going to be offered in North Khorasan, Razavi Khorasan, Lorestan, Kordestan and Gilan soon.
